Both packages include a facilitator and speaker, guided canvas painting, 1 hour of free play with paint guns, squeeze bottles, sponges, and brushes, face paint, glo sticks, party lights, music, protective gear, a small take-home art piece per guest, a large memory canvas for the guest of honor (if applicable), and a party tent. Setup and breakdown included.
Both packages include up to 15 guests. You can add guests at $25 per person up to a maximum of 25 total.
Yes! Monday through Friday bookings receive 40% off the base package price. The discount is automatically applied when you select a weekday date during booking. Add-ons are not discounted.
You’ll need a minimum of 15ft × 15ft × 15ft of clear, level space. Appropriate surfaces include concrete, grass, or packed dirt. Sand, mud, and uneven terrain are not suitable.
No travel fee for locations within 15 miles of downtown San Jose (ZIP 95110). A $100 travel fee applies beyond that radius. You can check your address during booking. If not disclosed, the fee will be added to your remaining balance.
A non-refundable $300 deposit is paid via Stripe at booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your event — a payment link will be sent to your email ahead of time.
Your $300 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations more than 7 days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to additional charges. We’re happy to work with you on rescheduling where possible.
Each guest receives an unfinished teddy bear form and uses fluid acrylic pouring techniques to create a one-of-a-kind painted bear to take home. A crowd favorite for all ages.
Absolutely. We offer kids sessions (ages 5–16), adult sessions, and mixed group sessions. When you book, you’ll select your group type so we can tailor the facilitation accordingly.
Just make sure your venue space is clear, level, and meets the size requirements. We handle everything else — materials, setup, facilitation, and cleanup. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on!
